It's that time of year again for PNASC to participate in the Los Angeles Firecracker Run and Firecracker Festival! Come for both days or just one day! Help us provide blood pressure checks and provide education on nutrition, diabetes, and hypertension to our community.

When: February 16 and 17

February 16 - 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Activities: Bib pick-up, bike ride, PAW'er walk, carbo load lunch, entertainment, Firecracker festival

February 17 - 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Activities: Race day 5k/10k run/walk, kiddie run, entertainment, Firecracker festival
