Deadline to electronically file PNASC candidacy

Completed candidacy profile must be received via email to NOMELEC on or before the above date.  Please scan and attach each to the email.   Email Candidacy Profile to Mel Carrillo, NOMELEC Chairperson, at  PNASCPRES1416@gmail.com.  Please include “PNASC Candidacy Profile” and your name in the subject line of the email.

Candidacy Profile includes:

1. Nomination Form
2. Consent to Service including Candidacy Platform
3. An Abridged Curriculum Vitae
4. Conflict of Interest Form
5. Photo Release Consent, and electronic attachment of your color photo/head shot. 

Incomplete Candidacy Profile submissions will be disqualified.
